Horse Spot Signatures Portal

Our new Sign Portal provides one centralized place for users to view and quickly sign all required documents. Signers can access it directly from their email link, or via the “My Shows” area on their dashboard.

This means fewer emails, faster signing, and a much smoother check-in process for everyone.

Sneak Peek: Series Tracking for Orgs

In the video, you’ll see an exclusive preview of our upcoming tools for series tracking for Organizations. Want a closer look? Ask us for the full tutorial and see how you can start using it for your Org in 2026.

Custom Branding for Organizations

Organizational tenants can now upload their own logos and up to five hero images directly in their settings. These visuals will automatically appear on your organization homepage—giving you a polished, professional look that reflects your brand. This feature will be released for show management in Early 2026.

Smarter Nomination Fee Logic

Managing nomination fees just got way easier—and cleaner. You can now assign a Group to nomination fees (you name the group however you like).

When multiple fees in the same group apply to an entry, Horse Spot will bill only the highest-priced fee once.

Example: Say you have “High Jumper” at $150 and “Low Jumper” at $100 nomination fees in a “Jumper” group. If an entry enters classes that would trigger billing both, only the High Jumper will be chosen.
